         We are looking for a partner among ISO-certified Bulgarian companies, which would like to further develop its management system.

         The classic “project by project” approach requires powerful integrated efforts between a management team (the one that assigns tasks and takes decisions)  and diagnostic teams (the ones that analyse problems and propose solutions)

          The program stages follow the classic sequence:

• preparation – training, diagnostic analyses, planning
• pilot projects – economically important, simple to organise, easy to fulfil, desired by people
• main projects – not always simple and easy
• additional projects – to keep and develop the achievements.

A TQM program may take 4-5 years to be implemented and carried out.
