          Some companies have serious reasons to postpone for a while the real work on ISO 9000 due to structural changes or financial difficulties.

          But time is running and they can prepare and make some preliminary steps even before the start of a QMS implementation – steps that require no great costs or hardly any financial expenses, steps like:

• inventory of the available technical and production documentation;
• review and creation of new technical/engineering documents;
• setting up information structures, files and records;
• starting a Program “Order! Cleanness! Discipline!”

          All these activities could be conducted without constant consultations or external assistance. We can provide supporting materials to guide the company through this stage.

          If your experts and managers are well prepared to start building up the QMS documentation by themselves, we could provide guidance materials and documentation models for each element of the standard.
