Alpha Quality International is a training and consultancy company, founded in 1990 and dedicated to transfer the Total Quality methodology to Bulgarian businesses; to stimulate, lead and assist managers in managing by quality.

      Committed to this mission for more than 21 years already, Alpha Quality International develops and offers to its clients three main groups of managerial services:

•  training seminars on Total Quality and other special company and corporate management subjects for senior and middle level managers
•  Partial and full diagnostics of company activities or whole management systems
• consultancy and assistance to manufacturing and service companies in design and development of functions, management know-how and systems

       Alpha Quality International has a 21 -year experience with over 220 clients in different branches and business sectors – machine building, electronics, electrical and chemical engineering, textile, paper-mill and food industries, and production of glass-ware, ceramics, shoes, plastics, packaging. Alpha Quality International maintains active communications with more than 400 companies and these contacts keep us in touch with all major trends and events in Bulgarian industry. We dare say that we know and have developed solutions to many of the current managerial business problems. We continually update and constantly enrich our services, working not only on implementation of Quality management systems but also on marketing, human resources and reengineering projects.

REGISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT

“Alpha Quality International” is a joint limited liability company, registered in 1990 in Sofia. General managers are Prof. Anastas Kehayov and Dr. Girolamo Frisina. Since 1992 the operative management of the company has been undertaken entirely by the Bulgarian party.

MISSION

The management is a key company resource and its efficiency determines the correct and efficient planning and using of material, human and other company resources. Our company “Alpha Quality International” has been created with the mission to disseminate and persuade in the ideas of the modern management, as well as to give impetus to and support the ambitious managers in the application of effective systems and methods, for reinforcing the management resources of their companies.
